Chris Brown appeared in court yesterday with his ‘ride or die’ chick, Karrueche Tran, who supported him as he faced a judge regarding his arrest for battery in Washington, D.C. The singer avoided jail time at a hearing.
The prosecutor wanted Chris in jail, telling the judge, “He continues to pose an increasingly violent danger to society. Defendant Brown’s violent behavior continues to increase in severity & frequency.”
It was also revealed that additional witnesses have come forward in the D.C. case providing sufficient evidence to move forward with a trial, but fortunately for Chris, the judge denied the prosecutor’s motion ruling instead that Chris Brown complete his 90 day rehab program.
